Service Operations Manager
Kyle Smith manages our team of service technicians where he provides technical support, training and oversight. He is also involved with scheduling, service escalations and coordination of our maintenance resources. Initially, Kyle managed the Avyve Integration Lab which provided him an in-depth knowledge of system topology, configuration, and troubleshooting. His passion and inquisitiveness toward technology led him to become a member of our Service Team, of which he proudly manages today.
Kyle was born in Chicago, Illinois and began working at Avyve in 2011. In his leisure time, Kyle enjoys mountain biking the trails of north Georgia with his friends. He also enjoys applying his mechanical skills on restoring cars and motorcycles and has been teaching himself carpentry in his spare time.
