Novelis Inc. is the global leader in aluminum rolled products and beverage can recycling. The company operates in 11 countries, has approximately 11,600 employees and supplies premium aluminum sheet and foil products throughout North America, Europe, Asia and South America. Novelis is a subsidiary of Hindalco Industries Limited (BSE: HINDALCO), one of Asia's largest integrated producers of aluminum and a leading copper producer.Implementation
Nearly 80 of the company’s employees moved from its Cleveland office to the Two Alliance Center building in Atlanta. When combined with other expected staff additions, Novelis will employ approximately 220 people by the end of 2010. By relocating its headquarters, Novelis’ objective was to streamline day-to-day operations. This was an opportunity for the Avyve design team to develop an audio visual infrastructure that would support management in meeting this objective from a communications standpoint.
The AVYVE team looked for every opportunity to enhance communications and create spaces that promote collaboration and synergy, and create an environment that allows employees to communicate and share ideas more effectively, and save time and costs by reducing travel to its locations around the world.
