Manheim Drive Center
DRIVE by Design

Background

Manheim is the world's largest automobile remarketing organization; they provide a range of services to support the efficient movement of vehicles from seller to buyer. AVYVE worked closely with Manheim in designing their new Manheim Drive Center in Stockbridge, Georgia. A first of its kind, Manheim Drive is a state-of-the-art auto auction facility that is completely automated.

Implementation

Manheim DRIVE is a facility where innovation, leading-edge technology, and industry experts come together to maximize the value of a vehicle and accelerate the automotive remarketing industry.

When you first enter DRIVE you are welcomed by a 140 foot long wall of digital displays, comprised of 8 rear projection screens and 6 plasmas. The impact of technology is immediate. Inside the 180 seat bidding theater, technology merges with comfort and efficiency by allowing buyers the ability to view crisp images on large screen projection and individual touch-sensitive LCD monitors.

Collaborative interactive presentation technologies are used throughout the facility in their presentation rooms, meeting spaces and training rooms. The use of these technologies truly creates a forum to inspire collaboration and out-of-the-box thinking. This 145,000 square foot facility has become a test and concept center for new technologies and processes. It also serves as a unique event venue for the industry.
