Background

Dedicated to advancing excellence in education through accreditation, research, and professional services, AdvancED is the world's largest education community, serving and engaging over 27,000 public and private schools and districts in 69 countries and serving nearly 16 million students. AdvancED is the parent organization of the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA CASI) and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI). Accreditation is a process of helping institutions improve through a systematic program of evaluation, assuring that an institution not only meets quality standards, but also that it demonstrates a continuous commitment to providing quality education programs that are aimed at improving student performance.

Implementation

AdvancED wanted to create a high-tech environment in its Georgia Headquarters in order to support its mission to advance excellence in education. The AVYVE team carefully designed each space to ensure this goal was met, and created an environment for the staff that was intuitive, cost-effective and aesthetically commanding.

  • Multi-Purpose room with 4000 lumen WXGA ceiling-mounted video projectors and 2 motorized projection screens, audio conference system with recording capability, touch panel control system for laptop, computer, DVD, satellite TV and auxiliary audio visual source
  • Executive Boardroom with 2 4000 lumen WXGA video projectors with motorized ceiling lifts, 2 motorized projection screens, SMART Sympodium 15" annotation monitor, audio conference system with table microphones, touch panel control system for laptop, computer, DVD, satellite TV and auxiliary audio visual source
