AVYVE COMPLETES THE NEW NOVELIS HEADQUARTERS IN ATLANTA'S TWO ALLIANCE CENTER BUILDING

AVYVE, a leading audio visual systems integration company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, today announced the completion of its AV design and implementation project with Novelis. The Avyve design team implemented new audio visual technologies at the company’s new world headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.

This was an excellent opportunity for the Avyve design team to develop an audio visual infrastructure that would help management meet this objective from a communications standpoint.”
For high level meetings, the Novelis project includes a video conferencing suite with multi-point capabilities and touch panel controls, an executive conference room with 130” rear projection screen and video conferencing capabilities, as well as the Global Leadership Center with dual 130” front projection screens, ceiling mounted speakers, custom lectern with touch panel controls, and a high definition video conferencing system.
The new facility also features a wide array of AV systems including 6 small conference rooms with 87” interactive whiteboards and Meeting Pro software for collaboration, several medium and large conference rooms with motorized recessed projection screens, ceiling speakers and touch panel controls, a fully integrated training room, and a break room complete with gaming options.
Nearly 80 of the company’s employees moved from its Cleveland office to the Two Alliance Center building in Atlanta. When combined with other expected staff additions, Novelis will employ approximately 220 people by the end of 2010. “We looked at every opportunity to enhance communications and create spaces that promote collaboration and synergy,” McCleary added. “We were able to create an environment that allows employees to communicate and share ideas more effectively, and save time and costs by reducing travel to its locations around the world.”
Occupancy of the new Novelis offices began in late June when the staff relocated from Cleveland, Ohio.
